As a Customer Service Employee, you are the connecting link between customers, production, logistics, and sales.

What will you do?

• Managing the complete order process;
• Processing orders and monitoring delivery times;
• Organizing transport;
• Maintaining customer contact;
• Coordinating with production, planning, and logistics;
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes.

What do you bring?

• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level;
• Experience in an administrative or commercial role;
• Affinity with the manufacturing industry;
• Good command of the Dutch language;
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus);
• Strong organizational skills.
