As an Operator, you are responsible for a stable, safe, and high-quality production process.

What will you do?

As an Operator, you are responsible for operating, setting, and monitoring our extrusion lines. You ensure that the production process runs safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards.

Your duties include:

• Operating, setting, and checking extrusion lines and peripheral equipment;
• Setting process parameters such as temperature, speed, and pressure;
• Converting and preparing machines for new production orders;
• Performing quality checks and recording production data;
• Identifying and resolving minor malfunctions;
• Supporting the technical service team with technical issues;
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized workplace;
• Contributing ideas for process improvements and optimizations.

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that production runs safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

What do you bring?

You are someone who likes to take responsibility, has technical insight, and gets energy from a well-running production process.

• MBO working and thinking level;
• Experience as an Operator or in a similar production environment;
• Technical insight and affinity with machines;
• An accurate and quality-oriented working attitude;
• Safety awareness and a sense of responsibility;
• Good command of the Dutch language;
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.

A forklift certificate is a plus. Don’t have one yet? Then we would be happy to look at the options for obtaining one together.
